Position Summary The Creative Director will be an equal parts maker and strategist. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be in the weeds designing banners and emails one hour, and presenting a brand campaign or partnership concept the next. You'll manage a designer and outside partners, plus collaborate closely with a creative copywriter to bring ideas to life across every channel we touch. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and product — which means you'll need to be comfortable moving fast, thinking big, and making great work at scale.
