Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to meet their needs
* Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process
* Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
* Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely and relevant information
* Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless transactions
* Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to enhance customer experiences

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
