Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team of data-driven professionals. As a key member of our data science team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration strategies that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and inform data-driven decision making. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data integration strategies that drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and inform data-driven decision making

• Design, develop, and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes
• Lead and manage data science teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure team success
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, customers, and vendors
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and analytics
• Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and resource allocation to support business objectives and goals
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment

Essential Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with a strong focus on data integration and business growth

• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Hadoop, with experience in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes, with experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and data architectures
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business outcomes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and continuous learning

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
