Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Chat Moderator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful community environment by enforcing our community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities:

As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
• Deleting messages that violate our community rules and guidelines
• Banning users who repeatedly violate our community rules and guidelines
• Muting users who have violated our community rules and guidelines
• Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations
• Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Providing exceptional customer support to users, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with our community guidelines and policies, ensuring that you're always aware of the latest developments and updates

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain a neutral and impartial stance in conflicts
• Familiarity with Discord and its features
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of online community management tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience as a Chat Moderator or in a similar role

• Knowledge of community management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
• Experience working with diverse communities and populations
• Certification in conflict resolution or community management
