This is a 100% work-from-home position (remote), with hands-on training and ongoing support from our senior dispatcher based in Orlando. Work From Home Requirements This is a remote position, candidates must have:

Schedule & Pay (What People Love)
- Full-time: 5 days per week
- 9-hour shifts (40 - 45 hours/week)
- Weekly salary: $800
- Rotating weekends (fair and balanced)
- No overnight shifts
- No 24-hour shifts
- Fixed, predictable schedule

What You’ll Do As a dispatcher, you will:
- Answer incoming roadside assistance calls
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and technicians
- Dispatch service providers accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all calls are dispatched correctly and on time
- Post and update calls accurately in our dispatch system
- Monitor jobs from start to finish
- Escalate issues when needed, support is always available
