  • Build champions and advocates within client organizations.
  • Oversee customer adoption journey and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure awareness of product offerings and updates among stakeholders.
  • Track customer health data and inform management activities.
  • Drive customer self-service capabilities to enhance retention.
  • Identify and address adoption blockers proactively.
  • Implement repeatable playbooks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Advocate for customer needs with internal teams for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Strong program management experience with large clients.
  • Ability to analyze customer data for actionable insights.
  • Experience with technology consulting or account management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of customer experience technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
  • Interest in technology trends and customer engagement strategies.
  • Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
