Key Responsibilities:

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating as a text chat operator within a customer support framework, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Logging in to our website at the start of your shift, which you can schedule flexibly around your other commitments
• Responding promptly to live chat inquiries from customers, typically concerning shipping rates, return policies, and product availability
• Adhering to guidelines and instructions, working independently to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Logging out at the end of your shift, enjoying the benefit of being paid daily

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A device (phone, tablet, laptop) with internet capability to access social media and website chat functions
• The ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines and instructions
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
