Job Summary

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for interacting with customers through our web-based chat service to assist with their wheel and tire needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with our Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Provide product information and answer questions about our wheel and tire products
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with our Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our Sales Team to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity

  • Basic English writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
