Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining the reason for their call or interaction
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every issue is addressed to the customer's satisfaction
  • Assisting with the placement of vacation reservation requests and providing accurate information to customers
  • Advising customers on company information, including terms and regulations
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes and efficiently manage customer interactions
  • Data entry to open or close call records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction, providing valuable insights to improve our services
  • Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure that proper customer service is being delivered, and identifying areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including CRM software and data entry systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
