Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences, and tailoring our services to meet their expectations
  • Working from the comfort of your own home, leveraging your laptop or tablet to stay connected with our team and clients
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our customers
  • Staying up-to-date with our products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices, to ensure you're always equipped to provide expert guidance and support

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personalities and situations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a willingness to learn our proprietary systems
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously
  • A strong sense of empathy and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
