Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry tasks in various platforms to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, although this is not a requirement
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and other productivity software
  • A solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Experience with personal computers and a typical functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
