Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in spearheading ad-hoc item analysis and building foundational data solutions to better understand our Walmart customers. You will support the Item Governance team of arenaflex, in expanding our suite of customer-centric items by identifying and assessing new item opportunities and proposing adaptable solutions. You will have access to our vast global data, enabling you to conduct in-depth analysis and drive business decisions that impact how we make choices and create a significant impact. In this role, you will be part of a larger team, "Information Adventures – Know Your Customer," and work closely with our partners in Walmart Worldwide Tech, Data Management, and other item groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Deeply inspire us if you have: + Strong analytical data analysis skills and the ability to create insightful, data-driven proposals and solutions. + Proficiency in languages used to control data and draw insights from large data collections (SQL, Python, etc.). + Experience in providing end-client support and investigating for Information Quality issues. + Related knowledge in the retail or finance business areas. + Convincing, influential oral and written communication skills and the ability to build functional relationships. + Ability to adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- You'll have an impact by:
+ Cleaning and preparing data for analysis by eliminating errors, identifying exceptions, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed. + Investigating data and analyzing it for insights using statistical methods to test hypotheses, identify patterns, and make predictions. + Developing programming languages, particularly Python. + Approaching issues logically and making informed decisions based on data. + Ensuring accuracy in data analysis with attention to detail and recognizing irregularities or errors in data. + Clearly communicating findings, both written and orally, to non-technical stakeholders. This includes creating dashboards and reports that convey insights to stakeholders using tools like Power BI/Scene/Succeed. + Creating solutions for business issues using data-driven approaches. + Collaborating with other developers, designers, and management leaders, understanding their needs, and providing them with valuable data insights. + Understanding the ethical implications of data use, storage, and analysis, particularly concerning privacy and security.
