The Role

As a Remote Disney Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Disney, interacting with our fans and customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a magical experience for all Disney fans worldwide. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their questions, concerns, and feedback in a prompt, accurate, and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with Disney fans and customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others, providing a positive and professional experience.

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a magical experience for all Disney fans worldwide.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and concerns, escalating complex cases to internal teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the Disney brand, adhering to arenaflex's values and standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers, staying informed about the latest Disney news and trends.
  • Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in social media customer support.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media or remote support environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and tools, with experience in managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Passion for Disney and its products, services, and experiences, with a deep understanding of the Disney brand and its values.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
