Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls, emails, and live chat, providing information about our services, and resolving customer concerns. Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
