Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, providing services to arenaflex via Allegis Global Solutions. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you'll work closely with our development teams to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technology, provide technical and CX feedback, and deploy new solutions at customer locations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll collect and analyze customer feedback, quantify the impacts of new technology, and present results to development team leadership.

Core Job Tasks

As a Customer Experience Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating the functionality and customer experience (CX) of new technology, ensuring it meets arenaflex's high standards
  • Providing technical and CX feedback to development teams, driving improvements and enhancements
  • Visiting customer sites and deploying new technology, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption
  • Collecting customer feedback and quantifying the impacts of new technology, identifying areas for improvement
  • Summarizing results in writing for presentation to development team leadership, informing strategic decisions

Basic Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A 4-year science/engineering degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong communication and data analysis skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
  • Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
  • Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field
  • Scripting skills, with experience in languages such as Python or JavaScript
  • Formal coursework/training in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies

Contract Details

* Contract Length: 11 months

  • Location: Remote, with approximately 50% travel required (best suited for candidates near a main US airline hub)
  • Pay Range: $38 - $42 per hour
