Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize call center simulation testing to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work overtime and/or Saturday hours as required to meet business demands
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Must-Haves

* A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service and/or clerical experience in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment
  • High volume in-bound call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt easily to changing procedures and assignments
  • Ability to multi-task and organize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
