Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with customers, offering assistance, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This role requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and chat inquiries daily, while demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about products and services, including flight schedules, fares, and travel options
  • Handling complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Documenting all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Following up on customer issues and ensuring resolution, meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, including our proprietary arenaflex CRM system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
