What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Requests: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Booking Appointments with High Accuracy: You'll use your exceptional data entry skills to book appointments for our customers, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintaining Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be expected to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues: If a customer's issue requires further attention, you'll escalate it to your supervisor, ensuring that the customer receives the support they need.
  • Adapting to Fast-Changing Guidelines: You'll be flexible and able to adapt to changing guidelines and procedures, ensuring that you're always providing the best possible service to our customers.

What We Require (Essential Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You'll have a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience in Customer Service: You'll have at least one year of experience in an inbound or outbound call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Multitasking Ability: You'll be able to multitask while speaking on the phone and using a computer, ensuring that you're always providing the best possible service to our customers.
  • Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check, ensuring that you're a trustworthy and reliable member of our team.
