Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries

  • Resolve issues related to tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving damaged shipment claims
  • Assist clients in booking travel arrangements using their accumulated reward points
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Training and Development

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
