The Financial Analysis and Reporting team at arenaflex plays a critical role in driving business growth and profitability. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and optimize performance. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the curve, anticipate market shifts, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

About the Role:

As an Experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist – Financial Analysis and Reporting, you'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze and report on financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform business decisions and identify trends
  • Developing and maintaining financial models, reports, and dashboards to support business intelligence and decision-making
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide insights, and drive business outcomes
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and analysis

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field

  • Experience with financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
