Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating customer information into our database with precision and attention to detail.
  • Managing and maintaining customer records to ensure all data is current and correct, providing a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
