Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Fusion Cloud
Role: Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Fusion Cloud Duration: 6‑Month Contract-to-Hire Rate: $65 - $70 Duration: 6 month contract to hire. Location: fully remote ok, Twin Cities based candidates preferred Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with proven Oracle Fusion Cloud experience to join an enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation at project initiation. This role will work in close partnership with a System Integrator (SI) to architect, engineer, and deliver an end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solution. The Senior Engineer will operate with minimal supervision, taking ownership of technical design decisions and execution while ensuring alignment with the overall program architecture. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in development, configuration, integration, and ongoing platform support. Key Responsibilities & Performance Expectations
- Serve as a Senior Engineer on a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation from project kickoff through build and deployment
- Collaborate closely with the System Integrator (SI) during design, build, and implementation phases
- Architect and deliver high-quality, scalable technical solutions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud platform
- Lead and execute:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud development
- Configuration and customization
- Integrations with upstream/downstream systems
- Technical troubleshooting and ongoing support
- Take ownership of solution design and execution within assigned technical areas
- Ensure solutions align with:
- Enterprise architecture standards
- Program-level technical direction
- Business and functional requirements
- Deliver complex solutions under aggressive timelines
- Actively collaborate with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to resolve design and implementation challenges
Required Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (required)
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion implementations
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Make sound technical design decisions
- Deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with or alongside System Integrators
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
