The Opportunity
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from home and provide support to our cruise line clients via phone. You'll interact with guests and travel agents, answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries.
