Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating clearly and effectively in writing and verbally, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
