Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Processing cargo shipments, including booking, tracking, and resolving issues
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Working a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours, to accommodate flight schedules

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills and experience with digital tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early morning and evening hours

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, experience in freight cargo and warehouse operations, as well as writing and computer skills, are highly desirable.
