Digital Media/Creative Specialist (2-3 years experience)

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Media/Creative Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling digital content, designing engaging visuals, and supporting brand initiatives across various platforms. Your expertise will help elevate our visual storytelling, enhance brand identity, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce visually captivating digital art, motion graphics, and video content using Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and other industry-standard tools.
• Design and develop branding assets including logos, icons, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Create responsive web designs and UI/UX layouts using Figma, Sketch, HTML, CSS, and WordPress to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Manage photo shoots, photo manipulation, and digital photography to generate high-quality visual content for campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies, presentation materials, and print advertising assets.
• Implement color management techniques and typography principles to ensure consistency across all digital and print media.
• Utilize sign manufacturing knowledge for creating large-scale visual displays or signage when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, motion graphics, or related creative fields with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign for layout design.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress for web development and content management systems.
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and production design techniques.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or similar tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
