The Role

As a Collections Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our team's success. Your primary responsibility will be to contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts. With the right training and support, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and become a successful Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts

  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account status
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service and collection strategies

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Ability to Actively Listen and Communicate Effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience

  • Two (2) years of Collection Experience
  • Mathematical and Analytical Skills
  • Negotiation Skills

* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
