As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for monitoring and moderating our Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules. Key Responsibilities:
* Moderate the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Delete messages made by users that violate our rules and guidelines.
- Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules and guidelines.
- Mute users who have violated our rules and guidelines.
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules and guidelines.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and rules.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our community members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management and conflict resolution.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Discord and community management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
