Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building rapport with customers by providing professional, courteous, and genuine service
  • Identifying and resolving any potential needs the customer may have by educating them on services provided and any sales promotions
  • Meeting or exceeding business production goals and sales objectives as established by upper management
  • Revealing opportunities to cross-sell and/or upsell additional products and services offered by our clients
  • Collaborating with management, customer service associates, and sales teams to stay updated on new products, services, sales, or policy changes
  • Representing our clients with rectitude by compiling with all company-mandated policies and procedures
  • Fostering strong relationships with new customers to maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry Level Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Experience in customer service or sales in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and in an ever-changing environment
  • Clear and effective oral communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex issues

  • An enthusiastic, ambitious, and charismatic personality

  • The ability to work flexible hours
  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • Reliable transportation is a must!
