• Collaborate with Product Management for efficient engineering-product alignment.
• Engage with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Work with various departments to meet enterprise needs and strategic goals.
• Represent engineering in executive discussions and external forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large engineering teams in a distributed setting.
• Strong technical credibility in architecture and engineering quality.
• Experience in building scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Hands-on experience modernizing applications into modular architectures.
• Background in developing design systems for product and platform collaboration.
• Familiarity with AI in product development and workflows.
• Effective communication skills in a remote, documentation-heavy culture.
• Strength in cross-functional leadership and business case development.
