Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of the CNA training program Ensure compliance with state, DOE, DOL, and regulatory requirements Maintain student files, records, and required documentation Assist with curriculum organization and program readiness Coordinate instructors, schedules, and clinical placements Support audits, renewals, reporting, and inspections Help prepare for new student cohort launches Maintain professional communication with staff and agencies
Preferred Qualifications
RN license preferred (active or prior experience strongly valued) LPN with leadership/education experience may be considered Experience in CNA training programs, nursing education, long-term care, or healthcare administration preferred Former Director of Nursing, Staff Development Coordinator, Nurse Educator, or similar leadership role highly valued Strong organizational and documentation skills Professional communication skills Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Ideal Candidate Experienced healthcare professional seeking flexible part-time work Semi-retired or retired professional welcomed Comfortable helping build and improve a growing program Values consistency, teamwork, and student success
