Spirits Market Managers – Texas (All Markets) Brand: Santa Fe Spirits The road runs west to east. So does the opportunity. This Role Is for the Road. Some people wait for doors to open. You'd rather knock. Then knock again. Then enter with a bottle and a story. We're Santa Fe Distillery – an award-winning craft spirits house born in the high desert of New Mexico. Our spirits are bold and rooted in Southwest adventure. Now we're heading east into Texas, and we need someone who thrives on the open road: independent enough to own their territory, social enough to light up any room they walk into, and driven enough to keep moving. This is a new account-first role. You'll be the first face many Texas accounts associate with Santa Fe Spirits – and that's a rare and exciting thing to be. What You'll Own Open new doors – then keep them open. Your primary job is finding the right accounts, earning their trust, and securing distribution across on- and off-premise throughout Texas. You'll manage a focused target list, run tastings and staff trainings, and build the kind of account relationships that hold. Be the brand on the ground. From distributor ride-withs to festival appearances, you're the Santa Fe Spirits story in motion. You'll run activations, educate accounts, and get distributor reps genuinely fired up to sell. Confident presenting to one person or fifty. Stay sharp, stay accountable. You'll track placements and activity in CRM, share competitive intel with leadership, and flag opportunities before you're asked. You understand pricing and depletion basics well enough to sell smarter – not just harder. Who You Are You've got 2 – 5 years of spirits, or other beverage alcohol sales experience in Texas, and you know how to open accounts cold and close them warm. You're comfortable working autonomously – a full day of back-to-back account calls energizes you more than it drains you. You follow through, log your activity, and don't need much hand-holding to figure out where to point yourself next. Bonus points for distributor experience, CRM fluency, and a genuine love of craft spirits. What's in It for You
