Conduct thorough and accurate patient assessments and make appropriate treatment recommendations. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and guidelines. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Stay up-to-date with current medical practices and procedures through continuous learning and professional development. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Facilitate a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
