Join our Team as a Lean Consultant! The Role: We are seeking a passionate and seasoned Lean Consultant to join the Toyota/Raymond Lean Management (TLM/RLM) team. In this role, you'll bring energy, curiosity, and proven expertise in continuous improvement to help transform organizations through the power of the Toyota Production System. You'll collaborate with diverse teams across North America, supporting dealerships and customers in eliminating waste, driving efficiency, and fostering a true culture of continuous improvement.   • Partner with dealership and customer leadership teams to develop and implement Lean improvement strategies.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and value stream mapping sessions to uncover opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Coach executives and managers to build and sustain Lean culture, leveraging proven methodologies like 5S, Standard Work, and Just-In-Time.
  • Deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on guidance to translate Lean principles into meaningful workplace improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional communication and follow-through.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar).
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in areas such as: Material Handling, Operations, Healthcare, Supply Chain, within a Lean-practicing organization.
  • Deep academic understanding and application experience of key Lean concepts: 5S, Standard Work, Just In Time (JIT), Jidoka, Visual Management, One Piece Flow, Kaizen, Asaichi/Loop communication, Hoshin Kanri.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience guiding leaders and teams toward long-term change.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically across the U.S.

Where and When You'll Work:

  • This role is fully remote within United States. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do.
  • Since travel is primarily by air, living near a major airport is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage an autonomous schedule aligned with the needs of dealerships and customers.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $94,000 - $133,700 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience. World Class Benefits:
