- Experience as an LCSW in a school setting preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect social work services to approximately 24 Kindergarten-aged students in four classrooms
- Assess student needs and design interventions to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
- Consult regularly with teachers, staff, and families on strategies and support plans
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes as needed
- Maintain thorough, timely case notes and documentation in compliance with school and district protocols
- Offer crisis intervention and behavior management as necessary
- Stay up to date on best practices in school-based social work
