Lead Program Evaluator – Title III / Federal Education Grants
Part-Time Consultant Opportunity – Program Evaluation (Federal Education Grant) Civic Crest Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Program Evaluation Consultant to support an upcoming proposal and potential contract for a university-based Title III (Department of Education) grant. This is a paid, part-time consulting role with strong potential for continued work upon contract award. We are specifically looking for someone with:
- Direct experience in Program Evaluation (formative & summative)
- Experience supporting federal grants (Department of Education preferred)
- Background in Title III, Title V, TRIO, or similar higher education programs
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Experience producing evaluation reports and actionable recommendations
Ideal Background
- Experience working with universities or HBCUs
- Familiarity with federal grant compliance, reporting, and performance metrics
- Advanced degree preferred (PhD, EdD, MPA, or similar)
- Ability to engage stakeholders and conduct structured evaluation interviews
Role Overview
- Part-time / project-based (remote)
- Support proposal development (evaluation methodology & approach)
- Lead evaluation activities if contract is awarded
- Collaborate with Civic Crest Solutions on execution and reporting
Civic Crest Solutions will manage :
- Project oversight
- Client coordination
- Financial and compliance structure
