Job Summary: Senior Product Manager, Mobile Apps (Live Nation Worldwide, Inc.; Beverly Hills, CA): Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to enhance the Ticketmaster Marketplace with compelling iOS and Android applications. Define and drive the mobile app product strategy for the iOS and Android apps across 21 serving over 30 million monthly users, while aligning with core business objectives. Translate business and user experience needs into clear app product requirements and develop detailed roadmaps that support strategic initiatives across the organization. Lead end-to-end app product development from ideation through to execution and delivery, proactively addressing risks with engineering and partner teams to keep app projects on track. Serve as the subject matter expert on mobile app product guiding internal stakeholders on maximizing the App Platform’s success. Work closely with 10+ cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and project timelines. Proactively identify risks and work to mitigate them in collaboration with engineering and other partner teams. Communicate with non-technical stakeholders. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy. Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Operations, or related occupation. Must have experience with the following:

  • Mobile App Development: iOS or Android apps;
  • Product development of eCommerce or digital retail solutions;
  • Cross-functional leadership in product enhancements;
  • Data-driven decision-making utilizing metrics, customer insights, and business data;
  • Google Analytics, Firebase, JIRA, iOS App Center and Android Google Play Console, Figma;
  • Owning/driving product roadmap strategy and definition;
  • Feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
