Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients. Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in women's reproductive mental health. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about working at an early stage company, pioneering the future of women’s mental health, and are motivated by the broad impact that you will have in your role! n What you'll do As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys. This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position, expected to average approximately 25-29 hours per week (to include 20-21 patient facing hours plus admin time), with flexibility based on organizational needs and deliverables. Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 21 completed client appointments per week Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches) Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests Who you are Independently licensed in Washington DC (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) At least 1 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a team-based environment who want to grow professionally, and are excited to help shape the future of perinatal mental health care.
