Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk Assistant, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our systems and databases. Your primary duties will include:

  • Entering data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participating in remote discussions and meetings, contributing to the conversation, and providing valuable insights.
  • Testing and reviewing new products or services before they are released to the public.
  • Providing honest feedback on products and services to help us improve and innovate.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently input data into our systems and databases. + Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. + Meet productivity and quality standards.

  • Administrative Support:

+ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. + Provide support to the team and management. + Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.

  • Remote Discussions and Meetings:

+ Participate in remote discussions and meetings. + Contribute to the conversation and provide valuable insights. + Follow both oral and written instructions.

  • Product Testing and Review:

+ Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public. + Provide honest feedback on products and services. + Help us improve and innovate.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk will be advantageous.
  • Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.

Requirements

* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.

  • High-speed internet connection is necessary.
  • Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
  • Data entry clerk experience is not compulsory.
  • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
