Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions with professionalism and precision.
  • Processing a variety of billing and service requests, including account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries.
  • Managing manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Addressing information requests and overseeing public website inquiries, providing accurate and helpful responses.
  • Conducting insurance verifications and following up on outstanding items or funds, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and client management.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience, with a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Experience in insurance or call center environments is highly advantageous, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations and requirements.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and other documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work overtime on occasion, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting business needs.

  • An Associate's degree in business or a related field, with a strong focus on customer service, accounting, or a related discipline.

Compensation and Benefits
