Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Live Chat and Digital Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through live chat, email, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, while promoting our energy services and products
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our energy services and products to customers
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with customer accounts
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service and sales performance metrics

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Sales conversion rate of 20% or higher
