Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager to lead our AppleCare Support analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your work. Key Responsibilities * Lead a team of analysts to investigate data and processes to gain insights that improve customer support operations * Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth, optimize processes, and improve customer experiences * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them * Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions * Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to communicate insights and results to stakeholders * Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer support Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field * Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field (desired) * 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a focus on customer support or related field * Proven experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar tools) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively * Experience with Python (or similar programming languages) and data visualization tools (desired) * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate business implications of analytical findings Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Apple's products and services (desired) * Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders and other stakeholders * Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques (desired) * Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines * Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (desired) Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
