Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing solutions that meet their needs
• Utilizing leading technologies and systems to streamline customer interactions and improve efficiency
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to share knowledge, best practices, and support each other in achieving sales targets
• Managing and overcoming objections to reduce churn, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
• Maintaining a high level of productivity, accuracy, and quality in all customer interactions
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications:

To succeed as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
• A proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

To ensure a seamless and productive remote work experience, you will need:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates + Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems

• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, to download our app for company communications
