Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Systems, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring that our distribution centers operate efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that supports our DC operations. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring seamless communication between our Centralized computer and Application Development divisions

• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure efficient data entry and processing
• Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure efficient data transfer
• Carry out all future upgrades of software to ensure our systems remain up-to-date and secure
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security
• Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and freedoms, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, and other relevant technologies

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate (onsite or remote)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Must be local, as this is not a remote job (arenaflex is now a remote-friendly company)

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen and analytical skills
