Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their journey. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and courteous service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and gate areas.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other travel-related services.
  • Operate a computerized ticketing system, handle baggage claims, and resolve issues related to lost or damaged luggage.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information to customers and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of airline operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
