Job Summary
We're seeking a part-time Remote Data Entry Specialist to assist with data entry for our clinical trials. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for transcribing source data into electronic data capture (EDC) systems, verifying data integrity, and following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). If you have experience in data entry, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Transcribe source data into various EDC systems per protocol requirements and following established standards
* Verify the integrity of data by comparing it to source documents
* Follow established SOPs, good clinical practice (GCP), and other applicable regulatory requirements in the execution of all EDC activities
* Answer queries within the EDC system in a timely manner
* Assist the clinical research team with quality controls (QC) of patient files per ERA's established standards
* Prepare and scan documents into EDC systems and ERA's database
* Assist the clinical team with preparing for onsite monitoring visits for each study protocol
Requirements
* High School Diploma
* High attention to detail
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Flexible during arenaflex's growth stage
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to effectively collaborate with other team members
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of research EDC systems preferred (Veeva Vault, Medrio, IBM, OpenClinica, MedidataRAVE, etc.)
