Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Java Software Engineer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality software products that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and Java-based technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs
- Work independently to identify and solve complex technical problems
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
- Collaborate with other engineers to design and implement new features and technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend systems
- Strong understanding of Java and Java-based technologies, including Spring and REST
- Experience with database design and data access technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
