Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Work From Home team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone and email interactions. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a Work From Home environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with software applications and technology, including CRM systems and customer service platforms
