Creative Marketing Production Manager (2D Print/3D POP Display)

Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 7 months Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Creative Production Marketing Manager to oversee the development, execution, and delivery of high-quality 2D print assets and 3D point-of-purchase (POP) displays.
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on production expertise and a deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques, and print production workflows ensuring that all creative assets are translated into high-quality, manufacturable retail solutions.
  • Experience working with consumer electronics brands in a design agency or corporate marketing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities: 2D Print Production

  • Manage end-to-end 2D print production for retail graphics, packaging, signage, brochures, and environmental visual reviewing files for accuracy, color integrity, print readiness, and overall quality.
  • Partner with designers to translate creative concepts into precise production specifications and mechanicals, overseeing prepress, proofing, and final checks to ensure consistency and flawless execution.

3D POP Display Development

  • Lead end-to-end production of 3D POP displays-including countertop units, floor stands, demo fixtures, and in-store merchandising-evaluating design feasibility, material choices, structural integrity, and overall manufacturability.
  • Coordinate prototypes, mock-ups, and samples, providing actionable feedback and ensuring final displays meet brand standards, retail requirements, and engineering specifications.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with printers, fabricators, and display manufacturers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Negotiate timelines, pricing, and production constraints while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand marketing, product marketing, and retail activation teams.

Project & Workflow Coordination

  • Maintain detailed production timelines, budgets, and status documentation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing fast-turn needs with long-lead production cycles.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and compliance standards across markets.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in 2D print production and/or 3D POP display development.
  • Background working with consumer electronics products is strongly preferred.
  • Experience within a design agency or corporate brand/marketing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials, substrates, finishing techniques, and fabrication workflows.
  • Ability to review, troubleshoot, and optimize production files for accuracy and manufacturability.
  • Excellent vendor management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with 3D visualization tools is a plus.
