You will be instrumental in guiding architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of design excellence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in architectural design and a proven ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, and timelines. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with consultants, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to problem-solving. You will be a key liaison between clients, design teams, and construction professionals, facilitating clear communication and driving project success. Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously from initiation to closeout. Develop project plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate and collaborate with architectural staff, engineers, and other consultants. Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Oversee the preparation of design documents, specifications, and construction administration. Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and address issues. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving potential challenges. Track project financials, including invoicing and budget adherence. Mentor junior project managers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional Architect (RA) license or PMP certification is highly desirable. Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural project management. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Experience in a hybrid work model.
